I came in for a set of tires and didn't you know they had 1 set of 4 of what I was looking for. 35/12.5R17 Ironman tires. They took me in and about 1 1/2 hours I was good to go. NESLEY thanks again for getting me in right away

Purchased Tires at Pep Boys today, Kyle helped me.He was very courteous and professional. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. The service I get at pet boys is the reason I come to them for all my tire needs.

I had a great experience at Pep Boys! Nestle checked me in and was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. Xavier worked on my car and did an excellent job. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the customer service overall was wonderful. It’s so nice to find a place where everyone is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I have been a loyal customer of Pep Boys for years, which makes this experience even more frustrating. On 12/8/25, I paid over $300 for two front tires and an oil change. When I picked up my car, there was a very strong oil smell inside. Shortly after driving, my car alerted “low oil” and felt off. I returned immediately. I was later told the issue was caused by spilled oil that was not cleaned properly. I specifically asked whether any damage occurred and was told no. While I understand mistakes happen, this should not have occurred in the first place. On 2/25/26, I returned for a new battery ($268) and to have a dashboard code cleared. I waited for hours, paid, and left — only to realize the dashboard warning was not even cleared. I had to turn around and go back again. The next morning at 7am, my battery light began flashing. I had just been there the day before. While driving to work, my car displayed “faulty battery,” my steering shut off, and I was instructed to pull over immediately. I had to call a tow truck, which cost me $37, and I was stranded until 11am. At the time of writing this, I had already missed 5 hours of work and was still at Pep Boys waiting for the issue to

Needed tires on my wife’s car and I called and spoke with the manager Mike T and he was very knowledgeable about the different tires he had and was able to get me in for four tires and alignment same day. The store was clean and very well put together. Will definitely continue going for my vehicles needs
